Lose yourself in this dance inspired cardio workout to the latest dance styles and the hottest new sounds. Body Jam has a flava of its own. From a true hip-hop feel to fun disco cardio, this class will inspire you to get loose!

Body Combat
Body combat is the fiercely energetic Martial Arts workout where you are totally unleashed and empowered. Build strength, speed, and stamina while changing the shape of your legs, butt, arms, back and abs and burning A LOT of calories!

Shape Up
Have fun and take your fitness to the next level with this total body workout where various athletic inspired aerobic drills are combined with body sculpting exercises using a range of equipment including dumbbells and steps.

Just Step
Appropriate for all levels, Just Step is an upbeat cardio class with no equipment besides The Step. In this class, you will burn tons of calories, tighten your legs and butt, and sweat to fun, motivating music.

HIIT
(High Intensity Interval Training)
Based on the latest research in interval training routines, the indoor/outdoor program HIIT follows recent trends in exercise science showing that short bouts of cardio are more effective at burning fat than longer, steady paced activities such as riding an exercise bike or treadmill. Benefits include increased metabolism, resulting in greater number of calories burned and significant loss of body fat while preserving muscle mass.
